Legislative Decree 231/01 is 22 years old, and the various doctrinal orientations and the most recent jurisprudential arrests continue to keep the debate alive. The value of 231 is attested both for the regulatory framework and for having introduced the "Organizational, Management and Corporate Control Model," a tool that serves to assess, mitigate and prevent the risks of the commission of predicate offenses, in the interest and for the benefit of the legal person itself. But is the adoption of the MOGC mandatory? What are the benefits, gaps, and new features?

These are the topics that will be covered at the conference, to be held on Thursday, June 29, 2023, from 4 to 8 p.m., at the Montepaone Bank Conference Room, Via Beato Padre Pio 27 in Montepaone (CZ).
