Far from "rearguard battles." Those of the Wokeist Front are real assaults against the Conservatives in Italy. From the Senate President to orchestral conductors, from journalists to ministers, the Liberal Left is on the ideological offensive. It is time for Conservatives to realize that there is a Culture War going on and to decide to counterattack on the same level.

There is really nothing to laugh about the action committed by three activists of the fanatical environmental group "Last Generation" by defacing Palazzo Madama's facade. Nor is it correct to engage in reductionism. The act is by no means derecognizable as "just a stupid thing."
The normative framework leaves no doubt: a constitutionally protected good is the "human factor" that lives and enlivens the territory, both at the local level and in the more articulated geographic place called "Italy," in which the Constitution settles the Nation and to which it expressly refers in several places.
